Talent Hub’s first birthday has just passed so we wanted to take this opportunity to thank everyone that has played a part and helped us on our journey so far.
As with any start up business, we have had plenty of challenges to overcome in our first year. We are pleased to say that there have been many more highs than lows and thankfully we have had some amazing support from the ANZ Salesforce community.
We are grateful to all the clients and Salesforce specialists that we have worked with so far. We have been able to successfully place candidates at all levels, from a Salesforce Certified Technical Architect through to Junior Salesforce Administrators, and everything in between. We are also proud to have helped many Salesforce professionals secure their first role in Australia, having emigrated from countries such as India, England, Canada and Malaysia.
Some of our highlights from the last 12 months include:
- Launching Dreamhire (https://talent-hub.com.au/dreamhire/) and taking the very deserving Petra Cibulkova to Dreamforce in San Francisco
- Hosting the ongoing Salesforce Manager roundtable series in Sydney and Melbourne (https://talent-hub.com.au/salesforcemanagers-com/). Giving technical and operational managers at Salesforce end users a chance to share challenges, solutions and learn from each other. The events have been attended by over 50 companies including Telstra, Open Colleges, Sensis, News Corp, NAB and AusPost.
- Creating the Talent Hub Salesforce technical test which has enabled us to better match Salesforce Developers to the most suitable requirements for them and our clients.
We are just getting started so thank you for all your support so far and here’s to the next 12 months!
