Talent Hub is proud to introduce the twelfth episode of the Talent Hub TV series. Here, Talent Hub Director, Ben Duncombe meets respected Salesforce professionals and thought leaders to learn more about their fascinating stories and industry insights.

This month’s guest, Certified Technical Architect, Paul Fayle, joins Ben on the sofa to share the path of his own Salesforce career and his advice for anybody first embarking on their Salesforce journey. Paul is one of only a small number of Technical Architects globally who have achieved the elite title of Certified Technical Architect, having passed a notoriously challenging panel exam at the Review Board. He shares his valuable advice for anybody with similar aspirations and their own ambitions towards CTA.

Talent Hub Director, Ben Duncombe, asks Paul for his views on how best to approach transitioning careers to Salesforce, his thoughts on what makes a strong Salesforce Developer, and navigating the landscape of Salesforce Architect job titles.

We were thrilled to get the chance to talk with Paul, given his significant achievements in the Salesforce ecosystem, and we were particularly interested to hear about the APAC Architects community group that he has launched with fellow CTA, Richard Enojas, which is a truly exciting addition to the ecosystem in the region.

This inspiring and educational episode is one not to be missed.

Paul’s Twitter handle is @pfayle and you can dive deeper into this CTA journey by reading a previous interview with Talent Hub here.

You can follow both Paul on and Richard on LinkedIn for updates and Salesforce content, and if you’re interested in finding out more about the APAC Architects group.

Talent Hub previously recorded an episode of Talent Hub TV with Richard Enojas, alongside his Mav3rik colleagues. If you missed it, you can catch Talent Hub TV Episode 3 here.
