*To qualify to enter the competition and be eligible for the prize draw, candidates must be placed by Talent Hub and have commenced in either a contract, fixed term or permanent role between 01/07/2019 and 30/06/2020, and also satisfy the performance criteria as set out below. Performance criteria will be measured via an online survey, which will be sent to the candidate’s hiring manager, where the candidate will be assessed on three aspects of their performance: 1) Quality of Salesforce Work Delivered, 2) Contribution to the Business, 3) General Attitude in the Role. The total possible score will be 12 (4 for each of the 3 categories) and all candidates scoring 8 or higher will be entered into the competition draw, which will take place at 1pm AEST on 03/07/2020. Candidates whose hiring managers do not respond to the survey or who score 7 or less will not be eligible for entry into the prize draw. The Salesforce candidate’s name pulled from the draw will receive a return flight ticket to San Francisco from their local airport in Australia or New Zealand, (Dates TBC), 5 nights’ accommodation (Dates TBC) in San Francisco and a ticket to the Dreamforce 2020 conference. To claim this prize the winning candidate will commit to providing Talent Hub with a 1,500-2,000 word blog, detailing their experience at the Dreamforce conference within 1 week of the conference end date, which will be published on www.talent-hub.com.au. Talent Hub will not be liable for any loss of earnings encountered by the winning candidate and will not be providing spending money or expenses. Leave required to attend the Dreamforce 2020 conference will be requested directly by the winner to their employer at the time of leave required and will be at the discretion of the employer, according to business requirements and employer specific leave policy. The successful candidate will be responsible for arranging and securing a valid passport and any visas required to travel to America by 1st September 2020 or will forfeit the prize. Winners will be notified by phone/email by 5pm AEST 3rd July 2020 and will have their details published on www.talent-hub.com.au. This prize is non transferable and there is no cash alternative.
