Account Executive – Sydney – Permanent – Salesforce Partner

This is a high-impact role for a Salesforce partner that’s rapidly expanding across APAC. Backed by strong capability across multi-cloud, AI, eComm and integration projects, this team partners with some of the region’s largest enterprise brands — and they’re looking for someone to take the reins and build out their presence in new or underdeveloped accounts.

You’ll be joining a well-established global business, but with the autonomy and pace of a growth play. You’ll work closely with key players in the Salesforce ecosystem and be trusted to bring your commercial thinking, energy, and creativity to open doors and close deals.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Owning your territory and building pipeline across net new and re-engaged enterprise accounts
  • Developing account strategies and value propositions aligned to customer and partner goals
  • Engaging with stakeholders at all levels — from users to execs — to drive multi-cloud solutions
  • Collaborating with delivery and commercial teams to shape and close deals
  • Representing the brand across the Salesforce ecosystem and growing long-term strategic relationships

What you’ll bring:

  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally with at least some selling Salesforce services
  • A strong network in the Salesforce world — you know how to navigate the ecosystem
  • Experience selling professional and/or managed services in a partner-led model
  • Commercial acumen and a creative, entrepreneurial approach to business development
  • An understanding of CRM, ERP, marketing automation, and eCommerce platforms
  • Hunger, drive, and a self-starter mindset — this role is for someone who creates their own momentum
