Account Executive – Sydney – Permanent – Boutique Salesforce Partner

This is a new business development role with a boutique Salesforce partner that’s making waves with smart, scalable solutions across the core Salesforce product suite.

As the Account Executive, your focus will be on identifying and winning new accounts — building relationships from scratch and positioning the partners as a trusted, long-term delivery partner. You’ll have the backing of a seasoned team in Sydney and Melbourne, as well as an experienced offshore delivery capability behind you.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Identifying and engaging new prospects across a mix of industry verticals
  • Building trust-based relationships with key decision-makers, from first engagement to signed SOW and beyond
  • Shaping solutions in collaboration with architects and delivery leads to meet client needs
  • Navigating the Salesforce ecosystem and leveraging relationships to generate leads
  • Contributing to go-to-market strategy and building a strong pipeline from the ground up

What you’ll bring:

  • Experience selling Salesforce services
  • A proactive approach to building new relationships and developing pipeline
  • Confidence in your ability to navigate deals from discovery through to close
  • An entrepreneurial mindset — comfortable working in a fast-moving, agile environment
