You will be joining a Salesforce Consulting business who have seen growth over the last 12-24 months, with further growth planned in 2025.

Your role will be to be the Lead Consultant on Salesforce projects, working closely with customers from project kick off to go live. Typical projects will run for 3-4 months and could include several Salesforce products including Health Cloud, Field Service and more.

You will engage with customers throughout projects, taking control of project kick off and driving the requirements gathering process, working closely with colleagues such as Architects and Developers for the project build. Although you will need to do some configuration at times, you will often be overseeing the build process, but you will definitely need to be comfortable with all of the declarative tools that Salesforce offers.

This role can be done from home, but there will be times that you may need to attend clients offices so you need to be in Sydney. You can also work from the Sydney CBD office whenever you like.
