- Growing internal team
- Genuinely hybrid role
- Work autonomously in a role that matters
Are you a hands-on Salesforce Administrator who loves jumping into support tickets, improving what’s already there, and getting stuck into meaningful enhancement work?
Do you like being the go-to person for problem-solving — but also someone who thinks ahead and builds smarter ways of working?
This is a full-time, Sydney-based Salesforce Admin role with a growing internal team that’s modernising systems and processes across the business. It’s a genuinely hybrid role — part BA, part project coordinator, part admin — and suits someone who enjoys variety and ownership.
You’ll work closely with stakeholders, triage and resolve support requests, run your own small-scale enhancement projects, and continuously look for opportunities to improve how the business uses Salesforce. It’s a role that matters — and one where you’ll have the autonomy to get things done properly.
What you’ll be doing:
- Managing day-to-day support and being the first line of Salesforce help across the business
- Leading enhancements from start to finish — from identifying a need to delivering the fix or feature
- Maintaining platform performance, user roles, and automation (with a strong focus on flows)
- Keeping documentation clear, updated, and useful for the broader team
- Working with IT and business teams to align system improvements with wider goals
What you’ll bring:
- 2+ years of Salesforce Admin experience and a current Salesforce Administrator certification
- A background in IT, with experience supporting business users and managing BAU needs
- A proactive mindset — you take ownership of problems and keep things moving
- Strong communication skills — you can explain tech to non-tech and vice versa
- Bonus points for experience in not-for-profit, familiarity with tools like Zapier or Tableau, or an interest in animal welfare
This is a hybrid role requiring at least 2 days per week onsite in Western Sydney. It’s a chance to be part of a purpose-driven team and play a key role in ensuring their Salesforce platform continues to support and scale with the business.
If you’re looking for a role where you can roll your sleeves up, take ownership, and make a visible difference — we’d love to hear from you.
