Are you a Salesforce Administrator who enjoys solving problems, improving processes and helping users get the best out of their CRM platform?
This is a great opportunity to join an established organisation with a strong focus on customer experience, innovation and continuous improvement. You’ll be part of a supportive CRM function, working closely with business stakeholders across sales, service and customer care to keep Salesforce running smoothly while identifying ways to drive greater value from the platform.
What you’ll be doing
- Providing day-to-day Salesforce support, including troubleshooting, user queries, access management and security settings.
- Maintaining data quality through audits, imports, exports, cleansing activities and ongoing data governance.
- Gathering requirements from stakeholders and translating business needs into practical Salesforce solutions.
- Configuring Salesforce objects, workflows, validation rules, reports and dashboards to support business processes.
- Creating user training materials, delivering training sessions and maintaining process documentation.
- Supporting system enhancements, Salesforce releases and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Working with developers, analysts and system administrators to deploy changes and support users across the business.
What you’ll bring
- Salesforce Certified Administrator certification is essential.
- Experience in a Salesforce Administrator, CRM support or similar role.
- Strong skills across Salesforce reports, dashboards, data integrity and user support.
- The ability to translate business requirements into clear, effective technical solutions.
- Excellent communication skills, with confidence working with users, stakeholders and technical teams.
- A proactive, organised and detail-focused approach, with a genuine interest in improving systems and processes.
- Exposure to tools such as ServiceMax, Pardot, Conga, PandaDocs, Stripe, Boomi, Vonage, SMS Magic, Qualtrics, OwnBackup, Copado or Validity would be highly regarded.
- Experience with CRM Analytics, Power BI, data migration, data integration, Agile delivery or project-based environments would be advantageous.
