Are you a proactive Salesforce Administrator who enjoys being close to the action? Do you want to be more than just ticket support — and play a key role in shaping how a platform evolves? Looking for a role where you’ll have real influence and exposure across a full business transformation?
This business is scaling fast and modernising its entire tech stack — with Salesforce at the heart. You’ll support a multi-cloud environment, get involved in platform improvement work, and work closely with internal teams and external partners.
You won’t be siloed, this is a visible role with broad scope and direct impact.
What you’ll be doing:
- Managing users, data, security, and platform performance
- Building and maintaining workflows, dashboards, reports, flows and automation
- Supporting users, triaging tickets, and leading training sessions
- Helping improve processes, clean data, and support integrations
- Working alongside a Platform Manager and external vendors to evolve the platform
What you’ll bring:
- 3+ years’ Salesforce Admin experience (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud)
- Salesforce Admin certification; extra certs a bonus
- Strong experience with automation tools (Flows, validation rules, etc.)
- Comfortable with data management, user support, and stakeholder comms
- Exposure to nCino or financial services platforms a plus
