Salesforce Functional Analyst – Melbourne – 12-Month Fixed-Term Contract – Hybrid

As a Salesforce Functional Analyst, you’ll act as the crucial link between business stakeholders and technical teams, shaping scalable, efficient, and secure Salesforce solutions that support better service delivery. You’ll work closely with Product Managers, Salesforce Architects, and Engineers to ensure every solution adds measurable value and aligns with long-term digital goals.

What you’ll be doing:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand needs, objectives, and challenges, translating them into clear Salesforce solutions.
• Design and configure Salesforce with platform best practices.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, from functional specs to process flows and user guides.
• Manage and maintain user roles, permissions, and data security settings.
• Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT), troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth solution delivery.
• Support continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance Salesforce capabilities and user experience.

What you’ll bring:

• Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce, ideally with experience of some of Service Cloud, Health Cloud or Experience Cloud.
• Proven ability to collaborate across teams, communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences, and deliver high-quality outcomes.
• Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
• A proactive, self-driven approach — able to anticipate needs and take ownership of solutions.
• Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Advanced Administrator, or Platform App Builder) are highly regarded.
• Previous experience in the healthcare or not-for-profit sector would be a plus.
