This organisation is midway through a major digital transformation, with Salesforce playing a central role. As the Salesforce Functional Analyst, you’ll work closely with business stakeholders and internal teams to design and deliver practical, forward-thinking solutions that make a real impact.

What you’ll be doing:

• Running discovery sessions, gathering requirements, and translating them into functional Salesforce solutions
• Designing and configuring Salesforce (Flows etc) to meet business needs
• Supporting UAT and ensuring solutions deliver tangible business value
• Keeping up to date with Salesforce releases and identifying opportunities to improve the platform
• Working in a cross-functional team alongside developers, architects, product owners and vendors

What you’ll bring:

• Strong experience with Service Cloud and Experience Cloud – Health Cloud exposure is a big plus
• A track record of working with non-technical stakeholders to deliver functional Salesforce solutions
• Confident documentation and communication skills – you’re proactive, detail-oriented and own your space
• An understanding of Salesforce best practices and ideally some relevant certifications

This is a permanent role based in Melbourne, with hybrid working.
