Are you a Salesforce Platform Manager who still likes to stay hands-on? Are you ready to own the roadmap and be the link between business vision and platform execution?

This business is investing heavily in tech, with Salesforce and nCino at the core of how they grow and deliver value to customers. As Platform Manager, you’ll take functional ownership of Salesforce and lead its evolution — bringing governance, direction and strategic alignment to the platform.

You’ll work closely with execs, tech teams, vendors and an in-house Admin, setting the standards, driving enhancements and ensuring Salesforce delivers at every level.

What you’ll be doing:

• Owning the platform roadmap and aligning it with business goals
• Leading solution design, change control, governance and stakeholder engagement
• Leading platform improvement projects and managing vendor delivery
• Mentoring other Salesforce team and championing best practice

What you’ll bring:

• 5+ years’ Salesforce experience, including platform ownership or senior roles
• Solid understanding of Salesforce architecture, governance, and stakeholder engagement
• Strong delivery experience across multiple clouds and ideally nCino
• A strategic mindset with a hands-on approach
• Confident leading conversations with execs and translating business needs into platform outcomes
