As a Technical Lead, you’ll be hands-on with code, but also take ownership of solution design, sprint planning, and leading the technical direction of your team.

What you’ll be doing:

• Leading the technical delivery of Salesforce solutions across large-scale projects
• Designing scalable and high-performing architecture in collaboration with Architects
• Building and reviewing complex Apex, LWC, integrations and Omnistudio configurations
• Coaching and mentoring developers, and ensuring adherence to best practices
• Working closely with experienced CTAs to learn, refine and enhance your architectural thinking

• Hands-on exposure to modern Salesforce capabilities and products
• Ability to lead technical teams and manage delivery in agile environments
