  • Remote first model
  • Permanent
  • Growing Salesforce Partner

Do you enjoy taking the lead on Salesforce engagement, wearing multiple hats and having a real impact on your team and the clients you work with? Do you have a technical background and the ability to design Salesforce solutions, oversee delivery and mentor more junior staff? Do you enjoy smaller, technical projects where you can deliver value quickly? Are you keen to learn Health Cloud and Field Service, but also continue delivering cross cloud projects? Would you like to do all of this while working from home full time? Read on..

We have partnered with a growing Salesforce partner to help them find a key Salesforce team member who will report to the 3 Founders and help with the next phase.

Formed out of Adelaide, this company has a dispersed Salesforce team of ∼15 across Australia, adopting a remote first model making this role perfect for you, if you love working from home and flexibility.

Day to day you will be leading cross cloud Salesforce engagements. A typical project will run for 8-12 weeks and will have a team of 3-4 resources, so you will be taking the lead, managing the client, designing the solution and then mentoring some of the team through delivery. The business has carved out a bit of a niche in Field Service and Health Cloud, so there will be an opportunity to learn these but you will also get to work with the core Salesforce product suite.

Working for Founders who understand the consulting world well, you will be joining a business that wants to treat employees the right way, give you a platform to grow and an environment where you are encouraged to learn, continually upskill and enjoy the work that you do. The actual title of the role is open for discussion but the role is most suitable for someone with a coding background, who has worked in consulting in the past and understands how to set up a Salesforce project, solution design and lead a team.

Does this sound like the role for you?
