Salesforce Platform Manager – Non-profit- Permanent – Milsons Point

  • Make a meaningful impact
  • Ownership of the Salesforce environment
  • Work with a range of Salesforce products

Are you an experienced Salesforce professional who wants to use your Salesforce skills to make a meaningful impact with a non profit organisation? Do you enjoy owning a Salesforce environment and being responsible for everything from day to day support through to solutioning and delivering enhancements? Do you love automating manual processes with Salesforce Flows and working across a complex platform, with various integrations? Are you craving an environment without the politics or high pressure that you have become accustomed to in your recent roles? Great.. you have found the right role.

Talent Hub has partnered with Coeliac Australia to search for a Salesforce Platform Manager who can take their Salesforce environment to the next level. You will play a pivotal role in managing and optimising the Salesforce environment to support the organisation’s strategic and operational objectives.

This isn’t purely a keep the lights on kind of role. There are already some advanced business processes configured in the Salesforce environment but there is also plenty of white space for you to expand the use of Salesforce across the organisation and really put the platform to work. If you can spot further opportunities to utilise Salesforce, the business will be all ears.

Your day to day work will vary and you can expect to be responsible for things like requirements gathering, configuration (including automation with Flow), data management, training, platform optimisation, reporting, integration management and more. You will be exposed to Salesforce products such as Non Profit Success Pack (NPSP) and Experience Cloud, as well as a range of AppExchange and 3rd party products like Conga, Payments2Us, Humanitix, OwnBackup and more.

In an ideal world you would be happy to go into the Milsons Point office (close to train station or parking is available) a couple of times per week but finding the right person is key, so we are open to discussions around working arrangements that work for you. The preference is for 5 days per week but we are open to discussions around 4 days for the right Salesforce Platform Manager.

This role is going to suit a Salesforce Administrator with several years hands on experience wanting to step into a Platform Manager role or an experienced Salesforce Platform Manager/Functional Consultant looking to move into a Non profit where they can do purposeful work. There is plenty of flexibility on offer, as well as a stimulating, caring environment with positive challenges and a real opportunity to make your mark on a Salesforce platform and make it your own.

If you’re looking for a new challenge, this could be a great start to 2024.
